At STIL Salon, we strive to offer our clients the highest level of satisfaction with our services. However, due to the nature of our business, we regret to inform that we do not provide refunds for services rendered.
Please be advised that once a service has been provided by our hairstylists, it is considered to be fully rendered and no refund can be issued.
If a client is not satisfied with the service received, we will make every effort to rectify the issue through adjustments or corrections at no additional charge within a week from the original service date. These corrective services are offered at the discretion of STIL Salon
